Virtual Assistance – How May We Help You!

21 December, 08:04, by admin Tags: , ,

You might have heard of a little emerging industry called “Virtual Assistance”. Well, this industry is little no more. It is quickly gaining popularity among businesses of all sizes from around the globe. Virtual Assistant (VA) business owners usually are former brick-and-mortar professionals that now work for themselves and maintain their base office from their home. They usually have had several years experience in the business world and are former professionals in such fields as business administration, office management, legal and medical offices, accounting, graphic and web design, and so much more.

What can a virtual assistant do for me? By now, you should be asking yourself, “What can a Virtual Assistant do for me?” Your head is probably churning with ideas and questions. VA’s can help you with such things as marketing, website design and maintenance, database development, email management, desktop publishing, bookkeeping, research, travel arrangements and so much more. Some VA’s will specialize in offering you a specific service (ex. bookkeeping). Not all VA’s will perform all services; however, those in the VA industry maintain close relationships with other VA’s that can assist you with your needs.

Here are just a few examples of what a Virtual Assistant can do for you:

- You are a non-profit organization and you offer free information to your website visitors but this has generated a hundred emails a week in your mailbox. A VA can respond to these emails with a form letter, put the requested information in the mail and add these potential clients to your database. You don’t have an organized database? A VA can help you with that too.- You have been in business for a while and your website is in need of a complete overhaul. If the VA offers website design services, he/she can revamp your website and help you write effective copy for it so that it will be attractive to potential customers.

- You have just published your first book and you need to create buzz about it. A VA can help you develop press releases.

How much is this going to cost me?Are you convinced yet to give a Virtual Assistant a try? By now, your interest is probably peeked and you want to know more. For starters, there are many small to mid-size business owners that maintain a full-time staff. You need to rent office space, provide medical benefits, pay taxes, etc. for a full-time staff that might not be enthusiast about helping you to grow your business. While a VA’s responsibility is not to grow your business, they do make it their business to see that your everyday mundane tasks are completed so that you can concentrate on your business. A VA works with you, not for you. Most VA’s charge an hourly rate that can range from $25 – $45 an hour and may have monthly retainer packages available for regular clients. You can do the math to see that you will save money because you are not shelling out the expenses of a full-time staff. You are sub-contracting work to the VA; hence, being able to invest more time and money into your business.

How do I choose a Virtual Assistant?Well, with any new venture that is going to help your business grow, you must do your research. Having a computer and being able to type does not make someone a Virtual Assistant; however with hard work, dedication, skills in different fields and organization a superb Virtual Assistant can emerge. Also, gaining the respect of those already in the industry can bring much success to new VA’s. Choose carefully and ask for references. Ask yourself if this particular VA will fit my needs. Most VA’s will offer a free 15-minute consultation. Prepare and have questions ready before you make the call.

Much of the VA popularity is due to the Virtual Assistant Networking Forum. This forum boasts 3,000+ members and is a meeting place for veteran VA’s to share ideas, new technology and hone up on their skills. It is also a stepping stone for those aspiring to start their VA business. Businesses can also visit the website to submit an RFP and find a Virtual Assistant that will fit their needs.

Foreclosure Help: How to Avoid Foreclosure

20 December, 19:38, by admin Tags: , ,

Times are tough, and maintaining control over your financial concerns is even more difficult. If you have been missing mortgage payments, or have had your lender attempt to contact you, you may be facing the possibility of home foreclosure. Foreclosure help is essential when this happens. Here are some things you can do:

Manage your finances well. Prevent nonpayment of your monthly mortgage dues by reprioritizing your financial resources. Eliminate expenses that are not essential, at least until you can make your mortgage payment for the month. Your family’s health has to be priority number one, and your hearth and home second.

Communicate with your lender. When you realize that your home is about to be foreclosed, contact the lender immediately. You may also receive correspondence from them, informing you of possible legal action. Discuss options with your lender as soon as this happens to help save your home.

Be informed. Know what you can and cannot do regarding your mortgage. Read through the loan documents you have to know what will happen in case you are unable to make your mortgage payments. The foreclosure regulations are different from state to state, so contact the housing office in your area. In addition, you may find reliable information on foreclosure prevention, also known as loss mitigation, on the Internet.

Talk to the professionals. The Department of Housing and Development can give you no- or low-cost counseling services about foreclosure help and other housing matters. These experts understand the law, and will help you go through the best available options. They can even aid in any negotiations with your lender. Talk to a certified housing counselor in your area for expert advice and assistance.

Use what you have. Additional financial resources may come from the assets you already have, including jewelry, cars, and life insurance policies. You can sell these to get extra money with which you can reinstate your loan. Even if the money you get from these efforts is insufficient, it will go a long way in loan negotiations by showing your lender that you are willing to do your part.

Say no to foreclosure prevention companies. You may already have very little in the way of liquid assets, so keep what you have. Paying for foreclosure prevention from companies that offer these services is ill advised. They may promise to successfully negotiate with your lender, but you could have an equal chance of success with the advice and aid of an HUD-certified counselor. Use the money towards your mortgage instead.

Address the problem as soon as you can. Wherever your home is in the timeline of foreclosure proceedings, you can still save your home if you choose the right foreclosure help, ASAP. The longer you wait into the proceedings, the likelier it is for your home to be foreclosed.

I deal with a lot of surgeries and most of the practice managers are saying the same thing that they should be banned I agree with this. Reason why is quite simple in most cases let’s say London patient rings there local surgery because they are ill and they use their mobile because they do not have a fixed line in their home! This will cost them double what it would cost as a normal London number! And that’s what I do not agree with.

When I talk to the surgery practice manager I look for what problems they are having for example they do not have enough lines or they need some sort of call queuing solution! Not what I can make for them i.e. profit!

So there is good start what’s your thoughts on this!!!

Scared of Statins? 5 Ways Chia Seeds Can Help You Lower Your Cholesterol

20 December, 02:49, by admin Tags: , , , , , , ,

All you have to do is turn on the TV and you’ll know that millions of people have a cholesterol problem. Major drug companies can’t seem to advertise their pharmaceuticals enough! However, if the idea of spending loads of money on prescriptions every month isn’t something you enjoy, it might be time to look for another, healthier solution.

You might have also noticed that Statin Drugs have come under a negative light in some studies. It’s known that they deplete body levels of Coenzyme Q-10 (CoQ-10) which is something your heart needs in order to function correctly. They can also deplete other critical nutrients from the body, and sometimes lower good cholesterol as well. Sure, you can supplement with Co-Q10 pills, but that’s even more money out of your pocket! So aside from all the expense, do you really want to risk these negative effects?

The good news is, you can lower your cholesterol naturally, and inexpensively through food. You may have seen the claims on famous products like Cheerie-o’s ™ and Quaker Oats ™, that “soluble fiber combined with a low saturated fat diet may reduce the risk of heart disease”. There’s more to it then that, and it’s all beneficial to you!

A low fat diet is great, but you also need some pro-active cholesterol cleaners in your corner if you really want to beat down the threat of hardening arteries and cholesterol clogs. The key isn’t to avoid all fats or cholesterol sources, because your body actually needs some to function properly. It’s the ability to sweep away the bad and encourage the good that will lead to better health.

Your key to success can be the Chia Seed, but only if you take action.

How can tiny seeds you’ve never heard of put the brakes one such a big problem as cholesterol? There are so many ways, and you can examine each one in this article. Read exactly about how each fascinating facet benefits you:

First: Soluble FiberThe exterior of the chia seed is covered in soluble fiber. But this isn’t just any soluble fiber, like that of an oat or flax seed. The fiber of Chia is special, in that it can absorb NINE times the weight of the seed in water, and hold it close to the surface. When it does this, it forms a bead of gel, with the consistency of a gelatin snack. This gel isn’t easily removed from the seed. It takes the digestive system a while to use and remove it, thus hydrating the colon and easing digestion.

Second: Insoluble fiberInsoluble fiber cannot be digested or absorbed by the body. It is sometimes referred to as “Roughage” and acts as a sweeper in the intestines. When food doesn’t sit around or become overly dry in the colon, toxic substances don’t build up. Unfriendly bacteria doesn’t get the chance to go to work. When insoluble fiber is taking up space in the digestive system, you’re more likely to feel full for longer and thus not eat as much at meal time. Losing excess weight is another key to keeping cholesterol down.

Third: Unsaturated Fatty AcidsThese may sound complicated, but they’re important for cell respiration (oxygen transported into cells), the lubrication and resilience of cells. There’s an especially important fatty acid that your body can’t make. It’s called “Linoleic”. You usually get this from raw plant-source foods…but who gets enough of those these days? With Chia Seeds, you won’t have to worry about it. They’re rich in this important nutrient. How are these important for your cholesterol? They combine with cholesterol in the body to form membranes that hold cells together. It puts cholesterol to good use, but only if you have enough of it to make the combination!

Fourth: Long-Chain triglyceridesThese large molecules take a stand to scrub cholesterol off of artery walls, but only when eaten in the right proportions. Chia seeds have these long chain triglycerides in the right proportions to help reduce it for you.

Fifth: Risk FactorsReducing or eliminating risk factors for high cholesterol is important as well. Some risk factors you can’t do anything about, like heredity. But others such as obesity and diabetes you can help to control with Chia. (The soluble fiber in chia seeds helps control blood sugar levels by slowing down the transformation of carbohydrates into sugars)

Understanding that not all fats are bad, and taking in healthy oils is an important part of a balanced diet. There are so many delicious chia seed recipes, including breakfast bars, granola, fruit smoothies and more that adding this tiny seed to your diet is a snap. What makes it extra amazing is, that unlike other health foods, you can make these seeds taste like whatever you want. They absorb any liquid they’re placed in, (Remember Fact #1) and distribute the flavor. They have no flavor of their own, so they can’t cover up or ‘ruin’ the taste of foods you love. They’re as easy to use as ‘measure & sprinkle on’! No messy grinding or any preparation is needed.

With the chia seed, you get all the nutrition, and all the taste. Remember: “You Are What You Eat” so eating healthy is a big step toward being healthy. Chia isn’t some foreign miracle-berry or fruit grown in a far off land and sold at a premium price either–these seeds cost under a dollar a day.

If you’re looking for an all natural, pesticide free, delicious and EASY way to lower your cholesterol, consider adding chia seeds to your diet, you’ll be amazed at what they can do for you!
